The process
How it works
From your first question to funds in your account. Here's exactly what happens.
Step 1: Get your estimate (2 minutes)
Fill out our short pre-approval form: how much you need, what it's for, your monthly sales, and how to reach you. You'll see an estimated funding range right away, with no effect on your credit.
Step 2: Talk to your specialist the same business day
Marie Lokmanyan reviews your request and gets back to you the same business day. To turn your estimate into real numbers, Marie will ask for:
- Your 3 most recent business bank statements
- A copy of your driver's license
- Basic business details (legal name, address, tax ID)
Step 3: Get approved, often the same day
Once your statements are in, approval can come the same day. You'll see the amount, term, payment, and total cost before you commit to anything.
Step 4: Get funded
Sign electronically and the funds are wired to your business account, typically within 3–7 business days.

What if my restaurant isn't a fit?
If you're opening a new restaurant or buying one, an SBA or bank loan is usually the better route. Your specialist will tell you that up front, and our guides explain how those loans work.
What does it cost to use Restaurants Financing?
Nothing. Our review is free and you're never obligated to accept an offer. See disclosures for how we're compensated.
