How we're compensated
We may receive referral compensation from ARF Financial, LLC, generally when a loan closes. Compensation may vary by product and loan amount. If you would ever owe us a fee directly, we will disclose it in writing before you agree to it. Compensation does not determine the content of our educational pages. See our Editorial Standards.
Rates, terms, and examples
Program details such as loan amounts, terms, approval times, and minimum requirements reflect the lender's published guidelines and may change. Pre-approval estimates are calculated from the information you enter and are not offers. Other rates, terms, and costs on this Site are typical market ranges or hypothetical examples labeled as such. They are not offers, quotes, or commitments. Your actual terms depend on the lender, the product, your business's financials, your credit, collateral, and other factors. Calculators provide estimates only.
SBA loans
Restaurants Financing is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Small Business Administration. SBA loans are made by SBA-approved lenders and are subject to SBA eligibility rules and lender approval.
State commercial financing disclosures
Several states require providers of commercial financing to give certain cost disclosures before you sign. Where required, the lender or funding provider is responsible for providing those disclosures. Review them carefully, including total repayment amount and estimated annualized cost, and ask questions before you sign.
Credit inquiries
Checking your pre-approval estimate does not involve a hard credit inquiry. The lender may obtain consumer and business credit reports, including hard inquiries, as part of their own application process.
Licenses, permits, and regulations
Restaurants, bars, and food businesses are subject to federal, state, and local rules, including health permits and, for bars, alcohol licensing. Nothing on this Site is legal advice about licensing or permits. Consult the relevant agencies and a qualified attorney.
